Aqua Kickboxing

Aqua kickboxing incorporates both Interval Training and Tabata for strength training and cardio stimulating the cardiovascular system, metabolism, and muscle development. An all-over body workout without the harsh impact on the joints. All fitness levels are welcome, and non-swimmers are welcome too. Tabata Water Workout

Pickleball (all ages)

Instructor: None, all are drop-In sessions
Pickleball is a fun and energetic racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use paddles to hit a ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features with other racquet sports, including the dimensions and  layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis with a  few modifications

Class Fees: $2 Drop-In, or $20 for a Picklepass (12 drop-ins)

Zumba Gold (ages 18+)

Instructor: Laurie Becker
Zumba Gold is a beginning-level Zumba class for everybody who desires a lower impact, lower intensity Zumba class experience. Same great music and easy-to-follow moves that feel more like a party than a fitness class! Modifications are offered, and all levels are welcome. No dance experience necessary, just bring your water bottle, a sweat towel, and please wear appropriate fitness clothing and shoes. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave happy, empowered, and feeling strong!

Pre-Natal Water Fitness

Moms-to-be will enjoy the weightlessness of working out in warm water! This is a low impact class designed for pregnancy. The emphasis is on strength, stamina, balance, and increased range of motion.
