Beginning Dog Training

Instructor: Marian Pott
Open to all puppies/young dogs over the age of four months, and adult dogs in need of foundational obedience/socialization. Loose-lead walking, heeling, sit, down, stay, come, off, leave-it, wait, hand signals. Equipment: six-foot leash (no retractable leashes!), any collar (training collars will be demonstrated), treats your dog LOVES, treat pouch, toy. If you come with a harness, be sure dog is also wearing collar

Class Fees: $175 per dog (8 classes)

Intermediate Dog Training 

Instructor: Marian Pott
Open to all dogs which have completed beginning or foundational level of obedience (contact instructor if you have a question about age/development level). Equipment: six-foot leash, any training/flat collar, long training line and/or retractable, treats your dog LOVES, treat pouch, toy. Higher level obedience skills will be emphasized including hand signals, distance work, attention, heeling refinement, off-leash skills.

Class Fees: $175 per dog (8 classes)

Dog Attention Skills Workshop

Class Instructor: Marian Pott
Open to all dogs which have completed beginning and/or intermediate level of training. Skills taught and emphasized will be heeling, solid stays, recalls, off-leash preparation, working with various levels of distraction. Equipment: reward treats, reward toy, six-foot leash, flat collar, any training collar, long line or flexible leash, no harnesses.

Class Fees: $100 (3 classes), drop-in: $40

On-line Drivers Education Course (ages 15+)

Instructor: Economic Driving School - Online
Students with busy schedules and extracurricular activities sometimes choose to fulfill their state-required Driver Education requirement by taking the course online. The Online Drivers Education course is approved by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Reading, flash graphics, videos, quizzes, and practice tests will prepare the participant to pass the written DMV test. The course is easy to use.
