The 2019 Sewer Point Repair Project is Complete
Coming Up: 2021-22 Point Repairs -- Stay Tuned!
Project Description: The Sewer Point Repair Program is an on-going annual program designed to repair collection system pipe deficiencies identified by the City’s sewer cleaning crews and Closed Circuit Television Inspection (CCTV). The 2019 Project primarily targets repair of sewer pipes at locations where high groundwater inflows into the collection system due to minor pipe deficiencies or pipe joint offsets. Repairing these "point" locations will help prevent Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs) and reduce sewer treatment plant costs. The 2019 project repairs over 40 pipe deficiencies, located City-wide.
