Pacific Coast Bicycle Pedestrian Connectivity

Project Description: The project will extend the current Class I path (North end of Naomi Patridge Trail) from Roosevelt Blvd north to the City limits at Mirada Road (approximately 0.26 miles) to connect with the proposed San Mateo County trail coming from the north (El Granada).

Project Status:  Design and Environmental Clearance are in progress.

Funding Source: Measure A grant from San Mateo County Transportation Authority (SMCTA) and City General Fund

Latest Update: 02/13/2020 -  The City has prepared the 35% plans, completed the geotechnical and biological studies.  The bridge selection and utility investigations are currently in progress.  The City has also applied for and received tentative approval  through TDA Article 3 grant funding to supplement the construction cost.
