Class Name: TRE® / Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (Ages 18+) 

Instructor: Roslyn Ramsey

Class Description: Come learn how to release stress and tension and trauma out of your body, naturally! In this class you will learn a series of simple exercises that will assist your body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress and tension caused by physical or emotional trauma (past or present). These are simple exercises that anyone can learn and use. Simple exercises (or modifications if need be) will be taught and they will activate our natural reflex mechanism within our bodies to release stress and tension which then presents as a mild vibration or shaking. We will allow our bodies to tremor, shake or vibrate to release stress and tension caused by stressful situations. When we experience stress and trauma our bodies contract to protect the muscles, the gentle vibration that results from these exercises helps relieve those contracted muscles. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat (extra mats will also be available), small pillow, blanket, dress in layers with socks. Class Description: Zumba Gold is an entry-level Zumba Class designed for the beginner, active older adult, or anyone needing a modified cardio dance fitness class. Low-impact and high fun! Class Name: Gentle Yoga for Healthy Backs and Happy Joints! (Ages 18+)

Class Description: Build core stability and Balance in a  fun, gently challenging  mixed level class  This class is  suitable for people with chronic back issues including low back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis and sciatica. The focus is on building strength and flexibility to support a healthy back and build core engagement and bone strength.
