Nuevo Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The City of Half Moon Bay continues to monitor the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) as the safety of our residents remains our highest priority. The City continues to provide essential services in accordance with the Order of the Health Officer of Santa Clara County and the State of California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy.
REMINDER:
The best way to protect yourself, your family, and others you may care about:
- Wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer
- Wear a face covering when in public buildings, in line at businesses, and whenever distancing cannot be maintained
- Maintain a minimum six-foot distance between others not in your immediate household. More distance is better
When conducting contact tracing, the CDC defines a close contact as anyone within six-feet of a known or suspected case for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period. Maintain your distance at all times.
