2020 4TH OF JULY VIRTUAL PARADE

We all know how great of a tradition the annual 4th of July Parade is for the City of Half Moon Bay and its residents. Unfortunately, with the current health orders we will not be able to see the live parade this year.

Even though the current situation doesn’t allow this live parade to happen, we’ve come up with a fun alternative and we need your help! In coordination with the Half Moon Bay Beautification Committee and the Half Moon Bay Chamber of Commerce, the City of Moon Bay is creating a Virtual 4th of July Parade that will be available for viewing on the City’s website by the weekend of the holiday. We are asking our community’s residents, families, organizations and businesses to submit a short 10 -15 second video clip of you and your family members, friends, staff and colleagues wishing your neighbors and friends a happy 4th of July. This is simply a suggestion - you are free to show your celebration and greetings in your own way. We just ask that you keep your submissions family-friendly and appropriate.

We are so excited to have your help with this because we all know - the more the merrier!

You can upload your submission videos from either your phone or computer by clicking here. Deadline for submissions is July 1st at 9am.

Please title your video file with your family’s last name(s), business name, organization name, household name - whichever applies.
