555 Kelly Avenue - Affordable Housing RFQ
The City of Half Moon Bay issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualified candidates to develop Affordable Housing on a City-owned parcel located at 555 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. Potential proposals could target a range of affordable housing types, underserved populations, and project configurations. Maximizing the number of affordable housing units was identified as a priority. The submittal deadline was extended to Monday May 23, 2022. (The original deadline was May 9, 2022)
The City received one submittal from a two-agency team comprised of Mercy Housing and Ayudando Latinos A Soñar (ALAS). The City Council is scheduled to review the proposal on July 19, 2022. A link to the staff report and submittal application are provided below under RFQ and related documents.
