We are pleased to invite the community to join Mayor Deborah Penrose, Vice Mayor Joaquin Jimenez, and Supervisor Ray Mueller to a meeting to discuss a potential new affordable housing project on City-owned land at 880 Stone Pine Road.  The site is one of several opportunity sites identified in the Draft Housing Element for potential affordable housing development.  
 
 Conceptually, we are looking to create a new neighborhood comprised of up to 50 detached manufactured homes with parking, open space, and recreational amenities. This neighborhood is intended to be limited to farmworkers and their families based upon likely grant/funding sources and acute need on the Coastside.   

The City is grateful for the ongoing partnership with San Mateo County and the Board of Supervisors in this and other efforts to address the critical need for safe, affordable housing on the Coastside.
